Welcome to Women on the Go, a life management study to help you not only balance the various elements of your life as a busy woman, but also to learn to care for the body God gave you. As women, we often put ourselves at the bottom of our priorities; yet if we do not take care of us, the rest of the people in our lives will suffer. We won't be fulfilling the purposes for which God created us.
Women on the Go recognizes the unique challenges of today's women and provides a simpler, more straightforward plan for managing the four basic needs we face: nutrition, exercise, stress management, and time management. In the next four weeks, we will lay out a comprehensive plan with action steps for each week to help you refocus on these priorities. It's time to give your needs some priority; so you can function better in all your roles. Giving yourself some time will benefit not only you but also everyone around you.
How The 4-Week Program Works
The 4 week program will start you on the road to a balanced life. It contains readings that will be covered in your weekly sessions, questions for thought with space to answer for yourself, action steps to take each week, journal prompts to encourage you to write the progression of your journey, and Scripture verses to read and discuss.
Goal of The Women on the Go Program
The goal for these four weeks together is to help you evaluate the current balance of your life and its many responsibilities, and then show you how to create a balance in nutrition, exercise, stress management, and time management. Supporting it all are spiritual and biblical principles to remind you of two certainties. First, God created you for a specific purpose. Second, the more you seek God's wisdom in balancing your life, the more you give glory to Him and are able to fulfill His purpose for you and those around you.
