The QuickSet program was created by Dr. Ben Lerner, America’s Maximized Living Mentor and the author of the New York Times best-selling books, Body by God: the Owner’s Manual for Maximized Living and One Minute Wellness. Dr. Ben’s methods are derived from his experiences in working with Olympic athletes who have only a minimum amount of days to prepare for an event and only a limited amount of time to put towards resistance and aerobic training.
These methods have been re-created to work for anyone, with any schedule, at any age, or any level of conditioning. They are fast, so they work for busy people, and are super effective. These methods will work to get you and your church family in great shape starting from your first work out!
Participants in this course will:
- View the Body by God Exercise DVD by Dr. Ben and Dr. Sheri Lerner
- Actually teach through the exercises using weights and benches to gain mastery of the quick sets.
- Teach accuracy and safety.
- Create a real live training environment so that people aren’t just learning but actively learning. (Active learning creates results not only from the event, but increases the chances of success in the future.)
Special Message from Dr. Ben about the QuickSet Program
My wife, Dr. Sheri Lerner, and I both work in a busy practice. We have very busy speaking and writing careers, so realistically speaking, exercise is not our business. We fit exercise into our life. Exercise is not what we do for a living, but it is something that we are able to commit to doing four or five hours a week utilizing the kinds of exercise techniques we are going to share with you. It is really not difficult to fit exercise into your life.
The Quick Set program is a program for everybody, every lifestyle, and every situation. For many people, exercise is more of an annual event--like Christmas. They break out the exercise stuff, maybe invite some friends over, and then put it all away until next year. I think the majority of people do this because there are a lot of myths about exercise. That is why we talk about what we call the Law of Movement--not just exercising.
This program will enhance the look and feel of your body by teaching you the true fundamentals of proper exercise that can be completed in as little as 30 minutes at home versus hours at the gym.
