Menopause

Menopause is the change a woman experiences either just before or after she stops menstruating, marking the end of her reproductive period, and is a natural and important part of every woman's life. Most women experience this stage after age 40 and spend a third of their life in this phase. Seventy percent of women will have some symptoms, such as insomnia, mood swings, night sweats, hot flashes, increased anxiety, and depression. The medical approach treats the symptoms of menopause but don’t actually fix the problem.  Those treatments include hormone replacement therapies, which have now been linked to increased risk of cancer.

The Maximized Living approach does not cover up the symptom but actually finds and treats the cause of the problem.  Most often this includes a scan of your spine and nervous system using state of the art technology to check for diminished nerve supply.  If nerve supply is diminished at all it must be restored so the body can heal and coordinate your body properly.  Other aspects include advanced workshops to teach you how to fuel your body and move your body back towards health during the aging process.
