Shel Hart
President and COO

Shel is the President and COO of Maximized Living Inc. and its’ subsidiaries.  His talent lies in bridging gaps in business strategy and execution ultimately driven by people and their performance. Through a diverse background in organizational development, corporate finance, corporate governance, and all things business, Shel has built a reputation of delivering incremental, sustainable, and predictable results.  Shel’s business acumen and passion for helping others reach their full potential makes the Maximized Living organization an exceptional fit.  

Shel received his Bachelors degree from LeMoyne College in NY where he majored in Organizational Development and Finance.  He spent his early years with a NY based management consulting firm that specialized in turnaround management, crisis management, training and organizational development, strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and total quality management.

Shel spent 7 years with two Fortune 500 organizations where he held various senior management roles. He also recently spent 3 years in a turnaround role as the President of a $100M financial services organization in Central Florida. Shel was also the founder and CEO of Exiance Inc. and is currently based out of Celebration, Fl.

Shel is the proud father of three children, a former competitive gymnast and is active in coaching several youth sports. He has served on various professional Boards including the Financial Executives Institute, Economic Development Council, Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association, and was the former President of the Institute of Management Accountants. He is a frequent speaker and columnist.
